Privacy choices

Control your ChromTV data.

A practical guide to local data, Cloud Sync and privacy requests.

01

Delete your account

Open Settings → Account → Delete Account. After fresh Sign in with Apple confirmation, ChromTV permanently deletes the account and its user-linked server data. This does not cancel an Apple subscription.

02

Choose local deletion

Delete local ChromTV data is on by default and removes sources, credentials, preferences, caches, favourites and playback data from that device. Turn it off before confirming only if you want local sources and playback state to remain; server deletion is unaffected.

03

Sign out or restore

Signing out stops access and future sync on that device but does not delete cloud data. After account deletion, Restore Purchases can associate an eligible Apple subscription with a new account without restoring deleted cloud data.

04

Access or correction

Request access, correction, deletion or privacy information by email. Include enough account context to identify the request safely, but no password, token or full provider URL.
